Deborah Miraglia is the founder and owner of Miraglia Associates, a Certified Woman-Owned Business. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2008, Deborah has extensive experience in bookkeeping, management, seminar instruction and consulting. She often serves as the outside Controller/CFO for many of her clients where she designs, customizes and reviews financial reports, and implements internal controls that provide maximum profit potential.
She is a graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Deborah is an instructor at Hofstra University’s Business Development Center. She works with the Entrepreneurial Assistance Center helping participants organize and develop their financial plan to be included in their final business plan. In additional, she teaches both QuickBooks Desktop and Online beginner and advanced classes. Deborah was one of the founding members of the Allied Professional Woman (APW) networking group in New York City.
Kelly Gonsalves, is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Data entry is a thing of the past for her clients! specializing in creating a process that will make the financial side of your business less intimidating. This means that she handles all aspects of bookkeeping including Accounts Payable/Receivables, budgeting, payroll, app integrations, sales tax, custom reporting, bank reconciliations, and much mor. She assists small business in becoming more profitable by utilizing efficient accounting processes.
Kelly is also a member of the Intuit Trainer Writer Network, a HubDoc Top 50 Cloud Accountant, on Avalara’s Social Media Top 100, an Insightful Accountant Top 10 ProAdvisor, as well as the host of Insightful Accountant’s QB Talks: App Neighborhood Watch.
Paul Miraglia is a seasoned HR Guru with a 12-year track record in human resources management. Paul has a proficiency in elevating organizational performance through strategic HR interventions. Specialized in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, with a keen focus on integrating payroll provider services.
Paul is well-versed in leveraging platforms such as ADP, Paychex, and Paycom to streamline payroll processes and enhance overall HR efficiency. A proven leader in fostering positive workplace culture and implementing tailored HR solutions for sustained business success.
Marnie Filler Ives
Marnie Ives is an entrepreneur with 25 years experience in small business. She specializes in bookkeeping and cash management and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Marnie excels at handling bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and payment integrations for busy clients.
Marnie graduated from Hofstra University with an MBA in Banking and Finance.
Karen loves numbers and the stories they tell us. She provides bookkeeping and outsourced controller services for professional services industries, including lawyers, advertising agencies and consultants. Karen does bookkeeping, invoicing, bill payments and payroll services. She creates specific processes and checklists for each client to ensure consistent accounting. Karen offers customized reporting and review sessions to clients who want to unleash the power of their financial information to make better business decisions.
Karen is a certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor who graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Economics and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Karen’s career experience includes over a decade in financial services including Goldman Sachs and BoNY Mellon (formerly Mellon Bank).
